Right

Since all I can write in Irish is horrible things, like he injured this, he broke that, he cut this, he fell off that wall, etc., no matter what the starting line is for the story, be it holidays, job, whatever, something horrible is going to happen to my character.
Holiday in Spain?
Fell off a wall.
New part time job?
Broke his leg.
Going to a concert?
Haha your friend’s gonna die.
